CORNFELD was founded by Harry Houthuijse in 1996. At that time, Harry Houthuijse was Managing Director of Peat Marwick Executive Search in Zurich, a renowned spin-off of the KPMG Group, which he led for 12 years. Following the reputation of the Schindler Group, he later took over responsibility for Corporate Human Resources Europe at the world’s leading elevator manufacturer and built up Global Talent Management for Schindler.
